Mastectomy Fitting

Service Description

If you intend to pursue reimbursement from your insurance, please book your fitting first. We will provide you with an information sheet to give to your doctor. Based on that sheet, they will write the DME order and we will order the sizes and styles requested. We cannot take insurance or process the claims, but will provide the information sheet and payment receipt to match. We also have links to the most common claim forms on our website (www.lapechelingerie.com/breast-health). It is a cumbersome process, but we're working to streamline it as best we can. Knickers, swim, non-stock special orders and sale items are final sale. Bras and sleepwear may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within two weeks with tags.
