Hot flash and Chill

Feel like you're losing your mind? Hot flashes? Night sweats? Body changes? Menopause is no joke and we're here to talk about it. Inspired by our friends at Hello Gorgeous in NC, this is part of a series of events to help you feel amazing. Baring any imminent births, Michelle from Sage Willow Midwifery and Wellness will be on hand to muddle through this hormone adventure with us.  Most of all, it's an opportunity to share, vent and hear from others. Light snacks, please RSVP so we have enough!
